It’s 2020 already ! How scary !
Yesterday was my first day back at the gym after being off for Christmas & New Year. Honestly all I can say is my body hurts! Not wanting to take off two weeks off from the gym again.
It was kinda tough session amazing how your body can change from a small break. I could really notice the difference yesterday and my body is aching so much today but that is a good things as I was using all the right muscles!
It’s trying to get back into the swing of eating the right again! That is where I’m really struggling, only way i’ll get the results is following my meal plan properly. I am determined to make 2020 my year it’s going to be a tough but going to push through the challenges that face me 2020 lets do this.
